I’m still waiting for the snow to start dropping in the (Canadian) Rockies.  The forecast says it will begin tomorrow and continue all week until we have an abundance of powder by the weekend.  The temperatures will be dropping to -15C on Friday so bundle up!  On the bright side… it will be dry powder and that’s really what you need for ‘hero snow’ conditions.

While we wait patiently for the skies to shed some excitement, they’re having good times down in Utah.  The snow reports are as follows: 38cm Alta, 30cm Snowbird, 28cm Park City, 25cm Solitude.  But the photographic evidence is what has me squirming in my seat.  It looks like mid winter down there!

Seen enough?  Don’t worry, we’ll get our shot at some great pow any day now.
